Cashew Cheese
  1. Soak 200g raw cashew nuts for 24 hours

  2. Drain the soaked cashews

  3. Add cashews to a high speed blender with 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, pinch paprika, 2 cloves garlic, and ½ squeezed lemon

  4. Add enough water to just get a spin going (usually about ½ cup)

  5. Blend until very smooth

  6. Add seasoning to taste

  7. For a harder setting cheese, add a couple of tablespoons of coconut oil and blend

  8. Transfer to a container and serve
