Soak 200g raw cashew nuts for 24 hours
Drain the soaked cashews
Add cashews to a high speed blender with 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, pinch paprika, 2 cloves garlic, and ½ squeezed lemon
Add enough water to just get a spin going (usually about ½ cup)
Blend until very smooth
Add seasoning to taste
For a harder setting cheese, add a couple of tablespoons of coconut oil and blend
Transfer to a container and serve
