Place 2 cups water in a large container with lid. Add juniper berries and let steep for 12 hours.
After 12 hours, leave the juniper berries in the water and add the remaining ingredients to the container. Let sit for 36 hours.
After 36 hours, strain using a cheesecloth or strainer. Note you may have some spices left after straining - that's fine!
