Asian-style Pastina
  1. Freshly grate some garlic and ginger in equal parts

  2. Finely chop a little bit of onion

  3. Sauté the garlic, ginger, and onion in avocado oil

  4. Add a touch of toasted sesame oil

  5. Add in the cooked white rice and bone broth

  6. Bring to a boil and then simmer for about half an hour

  7. After 20 minutes, add in the green onion

  8. Ladle the soup up and top with more green onion
