Ingredients:
150g mini marshmallows
40g unsalted butter (about 3 tbsp)
60g milk powder (about ½ cup)
1–2 tsp mint flavoring or peppermint extract* (adjust to taste)
10 pcs Oreo cookies
½ cup Ritz crackers
50g mixed nuts (cashew, almond, peanut — lightly roasted)
Optional: 2–3 drops green food coloring for minty look
Topping: ½ cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
> Tip: If using strong peppermint extract, start with 1 tsp and taste before adding more.
Prep ingredients
Grease or line a small rectangular container (about 6x6 inches) with parchment paper.
Melt base
In a non-stick pan over low heat, melt the butter.
Add marshmallows and stir until 80% melted.
Flavor it
Remove from heat briefly, stir in mint flavoring and optional green food coloring.
Add milk powder
Sift in milk powder and fold until smooth and fully combined.
Mix-ins
Quickly fold in Oreos, Ritz crackers, and mixed nuts until evenly spread.
Shape
Transfer mixture to the prepared container, pressing evenly with a spatula or greased gloves.
Add chocolate chip topping
While still warm, sprinkle the ½ cup chocolate chips on top.
Lightly press them so they stick but keep their shape.
Set & slice
Instructions:
Let cool at room temp for 30–40 minutes, or refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Slice into squares or bars.
