Creamy Parmesan Spinach Rice with Spicy Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

2 boneless skinless breast cut into strips

1 cup long grain rice

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream - Greek yogurt substitute

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tablespoon butter

1 .tablespoon olive oil oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt and pepper each

2 cups, fresh spinach, chopped

Method:

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.

Seasoned chicken strips with salt and pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
