Ingredients:
In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add yogurt and olive oil (if using) and stir until it comes together.
Knead on a floured surface for about 2–3 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Divide into 12–18 balls (depending on desired size).
Roll each ball out into a circle around 2–3 mm thick.
Cook on a hot dry skillet over medium-high heat for 1–2 minutes per side until puffed and golden.
Optional: Brush with garlic butter or olive oil while still warm.
