Ruby Red Cabbage & Onion
  1. Melt the butter in a large non-stick frying pan

  2. Add the onion and cabbage and fry on a medium to high heat for 10 minutes until soft

  3. Stir in the cranberry sauce, honey and dijon mustard and salt and pepper

  4. Stir on the heat for 2 minutes until heated through

  5. Serve as part of a roast dinner
