Short Ribs Marinade
  1. Add your seasonings, orange/lime juice, and beer and into a blender. Blend until a smooth marinade.

  2. Try your marinade adjust anything to your liking.

  3. Add your ribs to a large bowl, pour over your marinade. Mix well to make sure everything is well combined. Cover & let marinate in fridge for minimum 2 hrs but longer the better! I usually do at least 4.

  4. When they’re ready, allow them to come to room temp before cooking.

  5. Cook on med high heat on your bbq for 2-3 mins per side, until both sides are nice and seared. You can also cook on a cast iron with oil over med high heat.

  6. Lightly cover, and let rest for 5mins before serving.

  7. Serve with rice, beans, Mexican Mac salad, green onions, salsa, and enjoy babe!
