Preheat your oven to 190°C).
In a large bowl, grate the vegetables and mix them
toss the chopped vegetables with the 1 tablespoon of olive oil, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
Add the flour to the mix and mix them well with a spatula.
Transfer the mix to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the vegetables are tender.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
