Preheat your oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
Melt your chocolate and butter together in the microwave for 30-60 seconds or over boiling hot water.
Add your sugar and whisk until completely combined this will help with the fudgy texture of your brownie.
Mix in your egg until combined then your plain flour.
Add your brownie batter to a small dish (mine was 12cm dish) and bake in the oven for 12 mins!
Enjoy with vanilla ice cream!
