Sourdough ‘un’loaf

I present to you: the 'un" loaf!!

Unfed, flat, hungry starter

Untouched (mixed, covered and went to bed)

Unheated oven.

Recipe:

  1. Mix

  2. Cover

  3. Bulk ferment overnight

  4. Shape

  5. Bench rest 1 hour

  6. Score

  7. Place in cold oven

  8. Set timer for 1 hour and oven to 450°

  9. Temp at timer and continue baking at 425 uncovered until 205* internal temp.
