Cook potatoes regularly or
Wet potatoes, put in a closed bowl or tupperware, microwave for 10 minutes full power. Flip them after half the time.
Place the boiled potatoes on a baking sheet and smash them down with a glass.
Mix 4 Tbsp oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder together, then brush the mixture onto the smashed potatoes.
Bake at 250°C for ~20 minutes until crispy.
