    Takes 50 Minutes to cook.

  1. Cook potatoes regularly or

  2. Wet potatoes, put in a closed bowl or tupperware, microwave for 10 minutes full power. Flip them after half the time.

  3. Place the boiled potatoes on a baking sheet and smash them down with a glass.

  4. Mix 4 Tbsp oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder together, then brush the mixture onto the smashed potatoes.

  5. Bake at 250°C for ~20 minutes until crispy.
