Preheat your oven to 180°C
Mix sausage meat into a bowl with premade stuffing until fully combined
Roll out your puff pastry and spread cranberry sauce leaving a border around the edges
Lay out the rashers, then spread the sausage meat mixture in the centre as evenly as possible
Roll it over so the sides with the border are on top of each other
Press down with a fork to seal and cut into your desired size
Place onto a lined baking tray
Brush with egg wash
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown
Check the centre of the sausage reaches at least 71°C with a thermometer
