Mix together 3 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp caster sugar, 1 tbsp golden syrup, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp chopped dark chocolate, ¼ tspn baking powder, and ¼ tspn sea salt in a cup
Pour the batter into a microwave-safe cup
Combine 2 tbsp chopped dark chocolate, 1 tspn caster sugar, and 30 mls boiling water to make the sauce
Pour the sauce over the cake batter
Microwave until the cake is cooked through
