Honey Garlic Chicken Stir-fry
  1. Slice 3 chicken breasts and soak them in 100ml buttermilk, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  2. Coat the marinated chicken pieces in a mixture of flour and garlic granules.

  3. Cook the coated chicken in an Airfryer at 200 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes, shaking halfway through to ensure even cooking.

  4. In a pan over medium heat, melt butter with honey, soy sauce, garlic paste, and ginger paste.

  5. Toss the cooked chicken in the honey garlic sauce until covered. Serve with cooked rice and top with sesame seeds.
