Sprinkle gelatin powder over 2 tablespoons of cold water in a small bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes until sponge-like.
Pour 1 cup hot hibiscus tea over bloomed gelatin. Stir continuously until completely dissolved.
Add mashed raspberries or strawberries and mix thoroughly.
Pour mixture into a small dish, jar, or silicone mold.
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully firm.
Slice into cubes or serve directly from the dish.
