Mango Habanero Kefir Sauce
  1. In a saucepan, combine mango purée, honey, kefir, habanero, garlic, and lime juice.

  2. Simmer over low heat for 3 minutes to preserve kefir’s probiotics.

  3. Mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.

  4. Add slurry to the sauce and cook until thickened, about 3-4 minutes.

  5. Season with salt.
