Warm the milk and add yeast. Let it seat for 5-10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl add the flour, form a well, add liquid ingredients, mix, then add dry ingredients.
The dough should be soft but not sticky.
Cover airtight to rise for 1-1.5 hours or till doubled in size.
Push the air out and roll into a thin square.
Preheat oven at 350.
Spread filling and roll carefully.
Take yarn or a knife and cut into about 8-10 rolls.
Place in a ceramic pan and let them rest for 15-20 mins.
Before putting in the oven add some cream at the bottom of the dish.
Bake till golden, about 25-30 minutes.
Let them cool a bit then add frosting on top.
