Start by rendering bacon in a hot pan until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside while retaining the fond and grease.
In the same pan sauté onions and garlic until softened and fragrant.
Add carrots and celery and stir. Season with Italian seasoning.
Add canned tomatoes and chicken broth until the pot is filled. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add zucchini, potatoes, green beans, white beans, and small pasta. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Add spinach and simmer until cooked.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with crispy bacon bits and enjoy.
