Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 6x9 inch baking pan with coconut oil. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Mix until fully combined.
Add PW1 Whey Protein, flax, cinnamon, and salt.
Mix until fully combined. Fold in seeds and nuts.
Pour into prepared baking pan. Using a spatula, spread the mixture evenly in the dish, pressing down firmly.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, until edges begin to turn golden brown.
Let cool in pan completely, and slice into bars.
Wrap in airtight container, and store in fridge for up to 1 week.
