Grilled Beef Tri-tip
  1. Season the beef tri-tip with Pappy's Choice seasoning, rubbing it in with hands. Let it sit for 2 to 4 hours before grilling.

  2. Grill the tri-tip on a medium heat (300-400°F) for 20 to 40 minutes until internal temperature reaches 135°F. Flip and rotate as needed.

  3. Slice the grilled tri-tip across the grain, approximately 0.2 inches thick. Keep the slices warm in a covered container.

  4. Make garlic bread by grilling French bread slices and dipping them into melted garlic butter.
