Four Cheese Mushroom Toasts
  1. Cook mushrooms in butter and olive oil with seasoning until golden, add Worcestershire, then set aside.

  2. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, melted butter, garlic, onion flakes, and pepper.

  3. Fold in four cheeses and green onions into the mixture.

  4. Toast sourdough slices under the broiler until golden on both sides.

  5. Fold cooled mushrooms into the cheese spread, leaving some slices reserved.

  6. Spread mixture onto bread, top with reserved mushrooms, and broil until bubbly.

  7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
