1 lb. Ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 chopped onion
10 oz. Frozen mixed vegtables
8oz. Shredded cheese
1 tsp. each garlic and onion powder
Tater tots
In cast iron skillet brown beef with onion and garlic and onion powder. Drain and stir in soup and vegatables. Sprinkle cheese on top saving a little to go on tater tots. Arrange tots on top and sprinkle with more cheese. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
