Chop peaches into small chunks then mix everything into a bowl to make a dough.
Flour the kitchen surface then flatten the dough. Use a cookie cutter to cut out circles and continue until all the dough is used up.
Brush the top of the scones with a bit of extra yoghurt.
Air fry on air fry mode on 180C for 10 mins OR oven bake for 15 mins.
