Vegan Bacon Recipe
  1. Combine and whisk together all marinade ingredients in a shallow dish

  2. Cut tofu into thin strips using sharp knife or mandolin

  3. Dip each strip into marinade, coating each side and let excess marinade drip off

  4. Preheat oven to 375 F

  5. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Add tofu slices in a single layer and bake for 25 minutes. Flip and bake again for another 15-25 minutes.

  6. Make sure not to burn. If you see any black edges, that's a good sign to pull them out

  7. Let them sit for about 10 minutes once out of oven and they will crisp up

  8. Spray air fryer basket or tray with a little oil. Add as many tofu slices as possible without overlapping.

  9. Air Fry at 375 F for 6 minutes. Flip and air fry again for 6 minutes.

  10. Let crisp up for 10 minutes
