Honey Glazed Salmon
  1. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper and red pepper flakes in a small bowl

  2. Preheat oven to 400°F, line a baking sheet with foil and brush with 1 tbsp olive oil

  3. Pat salmon dry and place skin-side down on the baking sheet, brush with remaining olive oil

  4. Generously coat each fillet with the glaze

  5. Bake 12-15 min until salmon flakes easily with a fork

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve!
