Whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper and red pepper flakes in a small bowl
Preheat oven to 400°F, line a baking sheet with foil and brush with 1 tbsp olive oil
Pat salmon dry and place skin-side down on the baking sheet, brush with remaining olive oil
Generously coat each fillet with the glaze
Bake 12-15 min until salmon flakes easily with a fork
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve!
