Place a large soup pot over medium heat, and once it's hot add the ground beef and brown it. Add onion and garlic and cook until no pink remains. Drain the fat.
Add broth, tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, dried parsley, and dried Italian seasonings. Season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Simmer 5-10 minutes.
Add uncooked macaroni and all the vegetables, simmer an additional 8-10 minutes, or until macaroni is tender. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped parsley.
