Boil pasta in salted water till al dente
Add smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to diced chicken breast and mix well till it changes colour
Cook lean bacon on high heat till golden and crispy
In the same pan add diced chicken breast and cook till about halfway done
Add diced onion and stir till soft
Add diced garlic and once fragrant add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and barbecue sauce
Simmer for 3 minutes
Add cooked pasta with a splash of pasta water and mix together
Sprinkle with mozzarella and bacon bits
Cover with a lid to let mozzarella melt
Sprinkle with chives for extra colour
Divide into 4 equal servings
