Choose a pot that’s right for the quantity you want to make.
Bring the stock to a boil.
Add the tortellini to the boiling liquid, and stir for a minute.
When the tortellini float to the top and look puffy, they’re fully cooked.
Add the greens to the pot, and stir.
As soon as the broth returns to a simmer, turn off the heat.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
