In a small bowl, add all of the ingredients for the marinade and mix to combine.
Add the chicken pieces to a large bowl, now add the marinades and mix to combine. Now add the onions, peppers and tomatoes. Mix again to combine. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
Grab a skewer and pierce through a piece of chicken, now add 1-2 onions, 1 tomato, and 1 pepper. Continue until you have around 5 pieces of chicken and 4 sets of veg on each skewer.
Set the air fryer to 195c. Place in the chicken skewers in a single layer. Cook for 20-22 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking cycle. Once done, check the chicken is cooked through with a meat thermometer.
Remove from the air fryer and serve with naan or rice. Enjoy!
