Chai Spice Overnight Oats
  1. Add the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, spices and sea salt to your jar or container and stir well until fully combined.

  2. Stir in the rolled oats and flaxseeds until evenly mixed.

  3. Let the oatmeal sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours (but overnight for best texture).

  4. In the morning, enjoy your breakfast! If the oats are too thick for your liking, you can stir in a bit of milk or water (1-2 tbsp).
