Tiramisu Pancakes
  1. Make the buttermilk mixture by combining 100ml milk and ¼ tsp apple cider vinegar.

  2. Add 2 tbsp Califia Farms XX Espresso Almond Latte to the buttermilk mixture.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together 50g plain flour, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 15g soy protein powder, and 1 tsp baking powder.

  4. Fold the dry ingredients into the buttermilk mixture, and stir in a handful of choc chips.

  5. Cook the pancake batter in a pan to make the pancakes.

  6. For the creamy layers, mix together yoghurt and 2 tbsp Califia Farms XX Espresso Almond Latte.

  7. Serve the pancakes with the creamy layers, dusted with cacao powder, and accompanied by a Califia Farms XX Espresso Almond Latte served over ice.
