Tal/sesame Seed Chicken Recipe
  1. Braise your grated onions in some olive oil till golden.

  2. While the onions are braising, marinate your chicken pieces with the red chili paste, garlic, red chili powder, cumin, coriander seeds, turmeric, pepper, salt, lemon juice, tomato sauce, pureed tomatoes and almond flakes.

  3. When your onions are golden, add your marinated chicken with some water and leave to cook.

  4. Towards the end before serving, in a small saucepan add your mustard seeds, curry leaves, sesame seeds and oil. Braise till the mustard seeds starts to 'pop' before drizzling it onto the chicken.

  5. Serve with your baked potatoes/crispy potato wedges and salad.
