Rice Paper Dumpling Pockets
  1. Soak rice paper in water until softened

  2. Mix together pork, shrimp, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper

  3. Place a spoonful of the filling onto the center of the rice paper

  4. Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling and roll up tightly to form a pocket

  5. Repeat with remaining rice paper and filling

  6. Serve the rice paper dumpling pockets
