Funeral Potatoes
  1. Mix together the frozen hash browns, cream of chicken, cream of celery, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper, ½ stick melted butter, and ¾ cups grated cheddar cheese.

  2. Bake at 400°F for about 40 minutes.

  3. Crush one sleeve of Ritz crackers and mix with ½ stick melted butter.

  4. Spread the cracker mixture on top of the potatoes and bake for another 15 minutes.
