Brown the ground turkey or chicken in a skillet and season with taco seasoning.
In a bowl, mix the cooked turkey/chicken, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Place a spoonful of the filling into the center of a wonton wrapper.
Fold the wonton wrapper in half and crimp the edges to seal.
Fry the dumplings in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve the taco dumplings warm.
