Melt Butter and add seasonings and fresh garlic
Slice or quarter potatoes and put into Instant Pot
Add melted butter and seasonings and stir
Add in broth
Cook on Manual for 5 minutes. Quick Release Pressure QR immediately and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Remove from pot and enjoy!
Store leftover potatoes in a sealed container in refrigerator for up to a week.
