Onion Bhaji Burgers
  1. Place the onions into a bowl then sprinkle in the salt and spices, mix then leave to stand for 10 minutes.

  2. Sift in the flour then a squeeze of lemon juice and a enough water to make a thick batter, mix together gently.

  3. Divide the mixture into 4.

  4. Take a large pan then shallow fry the bhajis for 5-6 minutes each side over a medium heat, once cooked drain onto kitchen paper.
