Preheat oven to 400°F.
Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and dried thyme.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken thighs skin-side down and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
Flip chicken and transfer skillet to the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, chopped parsley, chives, and dill.
Serve chicken with the herby side sauce.
