  1. Add mixture into your mason jar with apple cider vinegar, lime, and pineapple. Shake well.

  2. Bring one cup of water to a light boil while you prep the other ingredients.

  3. Add ginger, mint, turmeric, black pepper, and cayenne into boiling water.

  4. Reduce to a simmer for 5-10 minutes and continue to stir occasionally while simmering.

  5. Go ahead and add pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar, and the juice of two limes to a mason jar. Shake well and refrigerate.

  6. Once your boiled herb mixture has cooled, strain it through cheesecloth and mesh strainer to remove all the pieces. Use a spatula to press cheesecloth down firmly in a strainer to get any excess liquid.
