Diy Almond Croissants
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Cut almonds in half lengthways

  3. Combine almond meal, icing sugar, egg, butter, almond extract, and vanilla essence and give a good mix until somewhat smooth

  4. Spread some mixture in the middle of croissants and then on tops

  5. Sprinkle with flaked almonds

  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until almonds on tops are slight brown

  7. Once out of the oven sprinkle with icing sugar

  8. Serve warm
