Salted Maple Espresso Martini
  1. Froth together 4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream and 1.5 tablespoons maple butter until combined, creating a thick cold foam (not whipped)

  2. Add ice to a shaker and pour in about 6 ounces of Trader Joe's espresso martini mix

  3. Shake until well chilled

  4. Pour the chilled espresso martini into a chilled martini glass

  5. Pour the maple butter cold foam over the espresso martini

  6. Top with a sprinkle of sea salt

  7. Garnish with three espresso beans
