No-bake Peanut Butter Bars
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl large bowl.

  2. Melt the peanut butter and honey first, then add the remaining wet ingredients, and then the dry ingredients.

  3. Add the chocolate chips if desired and mix thoroughly.

  4. Line a pan with parchment paper and press dough down evenly.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator or freezer and then cut into bars once hardened.

  6. Store in fridge or freezer.
