Creamy Boursin Lemon Pasta
  1. Place a wheel of Boursin in the centre of an ovenproof dish

  2. Place 2 lemon halves around it, cut side down

  3. Add in the 4-6 sliced banana shallots and a small bulb of garlic with the top cut off

  4. Drizzle over olive oil and season with 1 tsp black pepper and 2 tsp each oregano & basil

  5. Bake for 40 mins at 190C

  6. Meanwhile boil 300g of Paccheri to packet instructions and set aside - keep the water

  7. Take the tray out of the oven and squeeze out the lemon juice and the garlic

  8. Add in your cooked pasta with some of the pasta water and fresh basil leaves

  9. Mix everything together until combined

  10. Serve with lemon zest
