In a food processor or blender combine: eggs, flour, milk, and sugar. Mix for about 15 seconds or until there are no chunks. Set aside.
3 Eggs - ½ cup Flour - ½ cup Milk - 1 tbsp Sugar
In a small bowl combine: butter, sugar, cinnamon and molasses. Mix until fully incorporated. Add to a piping bag and set aside.
¼ cup Butter divided - ¼ cup Sugar - 1 ½ tsp Cinnamon - 1 ½ tbsp Molasses
In another bowl combine powdered sugar and half and half. Whisk to combine. Add more of either as needed to obtain a good drizzle-able consistency. Add to a squeeze bottle.
1 cup Powdered Sugar - 2 tbsp Half and Half
On the stovetop in a pan over medium high heat, melt butter. Once it’s nice and foamy, pour in batter. Then, using the piping bag, add your cinnamon swirl.
½ cup Butter divided
Place in a preheated 425°F oven and cook for 20 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 350°F and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and drizzle with sugar glaze.
