Combine 500g chicken mince with ½ cup finely chopped wombok, ½ bunch coriander leaves, ½ fresh chilli, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tsp chicken bouillon powder, black pepper, 3 grated garlic cloves, 2 tbsp grated ginger, and 3 sliced spring onions
Layer wonton wrappers in a baking dish or ramekins
Add filling between layers of wonton wrappers
Pour 1 cup beef stock over the layers to keep it juicy
Cook either by steaming or baking in the oven
Top with soy sauce, sesame seeds, and chilli sauce before serving
