Dumpling Lasagna
  1. Combine 500g chicken mince with ½ cup finely chopped wombok, ½ bunch coriander leaves, ½ fresh chilli, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tsp chicken bouillon powder, black pepper, 3 grated garlic cloves, 2 tbsp grated ginger, and 3 sliced spring onions

  2. Layer wonton wrappers in a baking dish or ramekins

  3. Add filling between layers of wonton wrappers

  4. Pour 1 cup beef stock over the layers to keep it juicy

  5. Cook either by steaming or baking in the oven

  6. Top with soy sauce, sesame seeds, and chilli sauce before serving
