Herb Marinated Beans
  1. Combine shallot, garlic and lemon juice in a large bowl and set aside for 10 minutes.

  2. Add oil, parsley, dill, oregano and salt and whisk to combine. Add beans, chiles and lemon zest and toss to coat.
