  1. In a food processor, blend the prunes, figs, and raisins until they form a thick paste. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides to ensure everything is evenly processed.

  2. Add the ground flaxseed, honey, ginger, and cinnamon to the mixture. Pulse until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

  3. If the mixture is too thick to work with, add a little water, one tablespoon at a time, until the texture is moldable but still firm. Using your hands, form the mixture into small, bite-sized balls or squares.

  4. Place the candies on a parchment-lined tray and chill them in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Once firm, store the candies in an airtight container in the fridge. They should last for up to two weeks.
