  5. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the mustard and tomato mixture

  6. Arrange sliced tomatoes generously over the base

  7. Season with salt and pepper

  8. Sprinkle with herbes de Provence or dried Italian herbs

  9. Drizzle with 5 tablespoons of olive oil

  10. Bake for 35 minutes until golden and the crust is flaky

  11. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving
