Add 1.5 cups of lukewarm water and two teaspoons of dry, active yeast into a bowl and mix until the yeast foams up for about 10 minutes.
Add 2.5 cups of flour, one teaspoon of salt, and everything seasoning, and mix until everything is incorporated together.
Cover the dough and let it proof for at least two hours in a dark place.
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
Flour the surface and flatten the dough out, then add the Parmesan cheese.
Roll up the dough and place it in a bread pan.
Add some olive oil on top of the dough and score it with a knife.
Add some more Parmesan and everything seasoning on top.
Bake the bread for 45 minutes at 375 F.
